Registration – Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the 10WCC registration department.
Cancellations before 19 July 2017 will incur an AUD $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 20 July 2017 to 4 August 2017 will receive a 50% refund of fees payable.
Cancellations after 4 August 2017 will receive no refund.
Social function fees:
Payments are non-refundable as of 4 August 2017.

These tours are designed by Arinex Destination Management (license No. 2TA001144), for participating delegates and companions attending the ICC WCF 10th World Chambers Congress 2017. All tours are based on a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not achieved, alternative arrangements or a complete refund of the published tour price will be made. Places on all tours are limited and will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment.

Programme & Speakers:
Details of speakers and topics are correct at the time of publication. However, circumstances beyond the control of the Congress organisers may necessitate substitution of speakers and topics for which the organisers cannot be held responsible.
ICC may vary, add, change, improve, or update the programme without notice. ICC reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue part of the programme. Under no circumstances shall ICC nor NSW Business Chamber Limited be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense suffered which is claimed to result from the entry into or change to the programme, including without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption or delay. Neither ICC nor NSW Business Chamber Limited provides any guarantees or warranties – express or implied – about the programme, the entry into which is at the entrant’s sole risk.
In the event that a participant makes a claim against either ICC or NSW Business Chamber Limited arising from any change of programme, that participant must indemnify the ICC and/or NSW Business Chamber Limited in relation to any loss, costs, expenses or damage arising as a result of that claim.
